摘要: 针对工业超声检测过程中缺陷难以准确定性的问题,基于射频回波对缺陷分类中的信号处理等方法进行了研究。分析了射频和检波信号的特点,在对所采集的缺陷信号进行处理的基础上,利用类内、类间距离和可分性测度比较了两类信号的类别可分性,同时采用BP神经网络和RBF神经网络作为分类器,对缺陷信号的小波均方幅值特征进行了学习和识别研究。

Abstract: The analysis of ultrasonic signals obtained during weld inspection is dealt with,aiming to distinguish different flaws with signal analysis and classification methods. The features of radio-frequency signal and demodulated signal are described,and an evaluation method of distance and identification index is given,which is used to compare the possibility of being classified. The flaw signal classification is presented on the combination of wavelet analysis and neural network. Results obtain demonstrate the effectiveness of RBFN than BPN in learning speed and generalization.
