摘要: 回弹是U形件冲压成形的主要制造缺陷,严重影响零件的形状精度。在U形件成形过程中采用合适的变压边力是消除回弹的有效方法之一。然而,直到目前为止,仍无有效的方法来确定变压边力的形式。将正交试验设计方法和有限元软件相结合,对U形件成形过程中的变压边力形式进行了优化设计。将这种方法应用到NUMISHEET’93的U形件成形中,经过优化的成形仿真结果无论是在防止破裂,还是在抑制回弹、提高成形精度方面都得到了很好的效果,并且采用这种方法还可以明显地减少有限元计算的次数、提高优化过程的效率。

Abstract: The central concern in forming U-shaped parts is the effect of springback on the geometry. Variable blankholder force reduces springback. But there is no method for determining blankholder force trajectory. Proposed here is an optimization design for variable blankholder force. It combines orthogonal design of an experiment with FEM software. The method is validated numerically using FEM to simulate the benchmark of 2-D draw bending problem in NUMISHEET’93. Cracking was eliminated and dimensional accuracy improved to yield a higher forming quality. Simulation cycles are also minimized. In all, this optimization approach attained a new level of efficiency in several areas.
