摘要: 提出了应用变速泵直接闭环控制差动缸位置的节能型电液伺服控制概念,通过对控制原理的研究,确定了用双变速泵复合控制差动缸速度的回路原理补偿差动缸不对称的流量。提出总压力的控制原理削除泵汇漏及油液压缩引起缸二腔的气蚀和张紧。导出了该系统的压力流量函数和压力增益函数。

Abstract: A new energy saving concept to control the position of a differential cylinder with speed variable pump is put forward. Through the research of control principle,a double speed variable pumps circuit concept and sum pressure controlling principle is established. With these two new methods the unsymmetrical flow of differential cylinder can be balanced automatically and the cavitation and lose of control avoided. The flow-pressure function and pressure gain function is derived. The research has further proved that the new electro-hydraulic servo control principle can eliminate all the throttle losing and has the same technical features as the valve controlled servo system.
