Abstract: Based on Tsai algorithm，the camera model is built，the camera extrinsic and intrinsic parameters are calibrated with new method．The result shows that the method is better than Tsai algorithm and can get the uncertainty image scale factor sx，and the other parameters can be received with Tsai algorithm．
