离心泵叶轮内气、固相运动特征的研究

摘要: 运用先进的高速动态分析系统对离心泵叶轮内固粒运动状况、轨迹,气相的稳定运动状况、累积运动过程及断流工况进行了试验拍摄和观测研究,得出了气、固相的运动特征,并对运动机理进行了初步分析。主要结论是固相的运动虽有偏向性,但总体较分散,与其形状及密度有关;气相的运动与入口含气量及叶轮运转状况关系密切;叶轮中气雾的积累从外向内推进,而完全空化区的发展则从内向外扩大。断流时泵体振动,破坏性很大。这些研究推动了离心泵的使用和开发。

Abstract: Advanced high speed MEMRECAM Ci 3 system is employed to make a experimental observation & study on moving condition & trajectories of solid particles, the stable & accumulating movement character of air phase, mechanism of performance abrupt by air-admission. Conclusions are drawn on the general movement character of air & solid phase and preliminary analysis has been carried out on its’ moving mechanism. Mainly that solid particles move in a generally dispersed and a little trended way with relation to its’ shape & density; the behavior of air phase is relevant to inlet air fraction & the operating of the impeller, generally air phase separates and aggravates firstly on the outer side of the impeller, then accumulates and emerges hollow space in the center. When losing activity by air pocket, pump shakes fairly violently and may cause badly damage. All the results will be beneficial for using & developing centrifugal pump.
