摘要: 双电动机同步传动是龙门移动式镗铣加工中心的关键环节。采用自适应控制技术,通过检测从动轴状态和主动轴状态之间的误差,经过自适应律产生的反馈作用来修改主动轴和从动轴控制器的参数,产生辅助控制量,使其在速度上保持一致。驱动元件采用直线永磁伺服电动机,以发挥其高速动态响应能力。仿真结果表明,此种控制方案具有鲁棒性强、同步误差小的优点。

Abstract: The synchrodrive is the important part in the gantry moving type milling machining centers. An adaptive control technology is used, and through measuring the state errors between the master axis and the slave, the master and slave axis controller's parameters will be modified by the feedback. The auxiliary control caused by the feedback resulting from the adaptive control law will keep synchronous with the master and slave axis in velocity. The linear permanent magnet synchronous servo motors (LPMSM) are used as driving parts to bring their high-speed dynamic response ability into play. The results of simulation indicate that the proposed scheme has the advantages of strong robustness and low synchronous error.
