摘要: 设计了一种非线性综合控制法,当系统的输出与给定值之差超过某阈值时,采用非线性控制,迅速改变逆变器工作脉冲宽度,提高系统的响应速度。由于采用了对称脉冲控制方式,在工作脉冲剧烈变化时,仍能保证中频变压器的正负伏秒数平衡,避免了变压器的偏磁现象,系统工作可靠。试验表明。非线性综合控制法有效地提高了逆变电源的动态响应性能,这对波形控制的逆变CO2电弧焊机、逆变脉冲MIG焊机等具有重要意义。

Abstract: Because of high working frequency, the output filter inductor of inverter power supply is usually about tens of microhenry, and the time constant is very small. In order to keep the system stable, integral circuit is usually used in feed back loop. Under this condition, when the disturbance occurs, there will be about 1ms before the system comes to stability, which is much longer than the inherent time constant of the system. A new kind of nonlinear synthesis control method is proposed. When the error between the input and the output is bigger than a threshold value, a nonlinear control method is used to change the width of working pulse of inverter, so the dynamic characteristic of inverter is enhanced greatly. Because the working pulse is symmetry, the transformer will work safely even the pulse width changes dramatically. The experiment indicates that nonlinear control method enhances the dynamical characteristic of inverter power supply greatly, which is very important to the waveform controlled inverter welding machine and pulse MIG welding machine.
