摘要: 针对异型材挤压塑性成形及模腔建模理论的焦点课题,借助近代复变共形映射理论和金属塑性成形理论成果,将三维金属异型材挤压塑性流动问题转化为二维轴对称成形问题,求解了金属异型塑性流动的流函数、速度场及应变速度场等数学解析模型,建立了金属异型挤压塑性流动通用的三维解析方法。应用能量极值原理,求解了异型材挤压成形及优化模腔工程建模的理论课题。

Abstract: Aimed at the focus tasks in plastic deforming theory and modeling of die cavity for exact special-shaped product extrusion, in virtue of the theories in conformal mapping of Complex function and metal plastic deforming, three-dimension plastic stream of matal special-shaped product extrusion is transformed into two-dimension axis-symmetry model. Hence, the mathematical models of stream function, velocity field and strain rate field etc are obtained for metal plastic stream, and universal three-dimension analysis method for metal special-shaped extrusion is established as well. Meanwhile, by utilizing the principle of energy extreme value, above theoretical tasks for special-shaped product extrusion deformation and optimized engineering modeling of die cavity get solved.
