相变应力及其改善焊接接头的疲劳强度

摘要: 基于钢铁材料相变体积膨胀的原理,自行研制成功专用低相变点焊条,在自然冷却条件下焊缝金属依靠相变应力可以获得残余压缩应力。利用所研制的低相变点焊条和普通E5015焊条分别对几种典型的接头进行焊接,疲劳试验证明:在2×106循环次数下,前者的焊接接头疲劳强度比后者提高11%~58%。同时还证明焊接接头的应力集中和拘束度越大,疲劳强度的改善效果越加明显。本方法为改善焊接接头的疲劳强度提供了一条新的途径。

Abstract: A new low transformation temperature electrode-(LTTE) is developed based on the volume expansion principle that weld metal begins to transform from austenite to martensite at round 191 °C and finishes about room temperature. The weld metal of LTTE can obtain compressive residual stresses by phase stress at usual cool speed. These may enhance the fatigue strength of welded joints. The fatigue specimens of five kinds of the typical welded joints welded by LTTE and E5015 electrode are selected to conduct fatigue test. It is shown that the former fatigue strength is improved respectively from 11% to 58% than the latter at 2×106 cycles. It is also shown that the higher the stress concentration and restraint intensity of weld joints are,the higher their effect of improving fatigue strength are.
