摘要: 用K-ε-Kp气固两相湍流模型模拟了煤粉燃烧器出口区域的气固两相旋转流场,并将计算结果与试验结果做了详细的比较。计算和试验结果表明在旋转流场的轴向方向产生了回流区,切向方向具有强制涡与自由涡相结合的Rankin涡结构。K-ε-Kp模型预报的气固两相速度场与试验相比在定量上和定性上是合理的。结果表明,K-ε-Kp模型已具有一定的工程应用价值,但还需进一步的改进。

Abstract: K-ε-Kp model is adopted to numerically simulate the gas-particle two phase flow of a pulverized coal burner. The results of calculation and experiment show that the axial velocity profile has negative velocity in the internal recirculation zone, the tangential velocity profile possesses the feature of Rankin vortex. The comparison of prediction with experiments show that the K-ε-Kp model is very good agree to those measured in quantitatively and qualitatively. All of these specify that K-ε-Kp model can be used for engineering, but needed to be further improved.
