摘要: 提出并论证电磁轴承系统中实现自动平衡的一种新方法,它将转子不平衡产生的效应等效为加入功率放大器信号输入端的干扰电压矢量。通过在功放信号输入端加入与转速同频且幅值和相位适当的电压旋转矢量,抵消转子不平衡产生的效应,从而使转子绕惯性轴旋转。试验表明提出的方法效果显著,简单实用。

Abstract: A new method to implement autobalance with active magnetic bearings is presented. The effect of the rotor’s imbalance is looked as putting disturbance voltage vectors into power amplifiers. The compensation voltage vectors with proper amplitudes and phases are put into the power amplifiers to cancel out the effect of the rotor’s imbalance, thus the rotor rotates around the principle axis of inertin. Experiments show that this method is very effective.
