摘要: 以机械工程中液压动力系统为对象,在理论分析以及大量试验研究的基础上,给出了基于电流信号功率谱特征的液压动力系统4种运行状态标准模式。提出了基于灰色关联度计算的模式识别方法,该方法能很好地识别出液压动力系统正常以及电动机故障、机械故障、油泵故障的发生。此外,灰色关联度算法简单、计算量小,可以实现在线监测。

Abstract: To study fault detection and diagnostics problem of hydraulic power system in machinery engineering, the mathematic model and experimental set about the study, as well as the experimental results are introduced, and four kinds of standard of detecting fault type about hydraulic power equipment based on current signal is given, which uses grey association degree to the spectrum of current signal. The method can detects reliably machinery fault, motor fault, pump fault of the system. The method can detect running condition of hydraulic power system on line because the arithmetic is simple and reliable.
