摘要: SHS(自蔓延高温合成)的基本原理是利用组元之间的化学反应固态下合成材料,粉末合成钎料是依据SHS的原理,结合钎焊、扩散焊和粉末冶金技术提出的一项钎料制造新方法。试验研究的粉末合成方法有两种,其一是将铜粉加入熔态的铝硅熔液中;其二是将铜粉、铝粉、铝硅粉充分混合,在一定温度下对混合金属粉加压,使其形成有一定强度的粉锭。

Abstract: The principle of SHS is to synthesize materials in solid phase by the means of chemical reaction between components. Powder synthetic filler materials is a new technology in the manufacture of filler materials, it unites braze, diffusion welding and powder metallurgy on the base of SHS technology. One way of powder synthesis research is putting copper powder into melting Al-Si solution to make ingot after fully mixed, the other is mixing copper powder, aluminium powder and Al-Si powder completely to make powder ingot which have strength to some extent under pressure with certain temperature.
