摘要: 基于Hertz公式和石川公式,分别建立了RV减速机摆线针轮传动副和渐开线齿轮传动副的啮合刚度模型。据此,用惯性盘模拟工作负载,建立了考虑工作负载影响的RV-6AⅡ减速机5自由度扭转动力学模型,并分析了几个重要参数对摆线针轮啮合刚度的影响规律。最后,通过动特性试验验证了所建模型的正确性。

Abstract: Mesh stiffness of cycloid-needle pair based on Hertz formula and mesh stiffness of involute pair based on Shi Chuan formula is formulated. Moreover, payload replaced with inertial plate, a dynamic model of the RV-6AⅡ reducer is formulated and several important parameters are evaluated. Finally, established model is verified through experiments.
