摘要: 耦合关系的存在是复杂系统进行多学科设计优化产生困难的根本原因。为此,讨论了耦合因素的组成及影响关系,将耦合因素分为三类。根据全局灵敏度方程(Global sensitivity equations),对子系统之间耦合因素性能进行分析,得到判断耦合因素是否为冗余的依据,并根据耦合性质的不同提出处理耦合因素的策略。给出一实例验证消除冗余耦合的效果。

Abstract: In the complex product optimization, it is difficult to use any approaches of multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) because of the existence of coupled factors. In order to help solve this problem, the components and affection of coupling factors are discussed. The coupled factors are divided into three classes. According to the global sensitivity equations (GSE), the properties of couplings between sub-systems are analyzed. The criterion that can determine a redundant coupled factor is gotten. And some strategies for handling the couplings are presented on the basis of coupled properties. An example is given to show the results achieved.
