摘要: 通过试验,采用等离子弧喷涂法在液压阀的内壁上喷涂Al2O3陶瓷。并对阀体在流体压力作用下建立流体层、陶瓷层和基体层的数学模型并进行计算机仿真,得出各层应力分布规律,为研究和设计陶瓷液压阀奠定基础。

Abstract: Using plasma spraying, ceramic coating (AL2O3) is sprayed on the inner wall of hydraulic valve. The mathematical model of the flow path of hydraulic valve, ceramic coating and base are set up, at the same time, computer simulation is also processed. The stress profile of all layers can be got. These results lay a foundation for designing and studying ceramic hydraulic valve.
