摘要: 应用有限单元法,通过对10m 3试验斗杆危险断面进行应力分析研究,揭示了斗杆易断裂的危险断面的应力分布规律,探讨了斗杆的断裂起因及裂纹形成机理,对机械式挖掘机斗杆断裂失效的问题从设计的角度进行了分析探索。

关键词: 斗杆, 裂纹, 挖掘机, 有限元法

Abstract: With the finite element method, the stress of dangerous sections for a trial bucket handle are analyzed. The stress distribution of dangerous fracture sections are revealed. The fracture reason and crack form mechanism are studied for the bucket handle. Therefore, its fracture loss efficacy for mechanical digger with the design view.
