摘要: 研究了Ni-W-Co/SiC微粒复合镀层在润滑渐污条件下的滑动磨损特性,分析了载荷、滑动速度及SiC微粒质量分数对复合镀层磨损机制的影响。试验结果表明:在污染条件下,Ni-W-Co合金的磨损机制主要为显微切削和犁沟;SiC微粒复合相的主要流失形式为撞击脱落。

Abstract: Sliding wear speciality of Ni-W-Co/SiC micro-partical composite plating in condition of lubricating oil pollutade is studied, the effect of load, sliding speed and the mass fraction of SiC micro-partieals on wear mechanism of the composite plating is also analyzied. The result shows that, in condition of lubricating oil gradually pollutade, wear mechanism of Ni-W-Co alloy mainly is micro-cutting and plouphing, SiC micro-particals fall off because of collided.
