摘要: 从实际应用角度出发,通过分析机械式自动变速器(AMT)起步过程中离合器接合过程,以降低起步冲击度和减小离合器滑摩功为原则,根据油门开度、发动机转速、输入轴转速以及发动机与输入轴转速差制定出离合器控制(MAP)图。该控制方法具有适应性强,计算量少、适于单片机实现等优点,并在桑塔纳2000AMT样车上得到成功的应用。

Abstract: A controlling map is produced for the clutch control to lessen the starting jerk and the friction work through analyzing the engagement, on basis of practical application demand. The algorithm has the advantages of strong adaptability and less calculation for single chip microcomputer to use. It is applied to Santana model AMT, not only can stable starting be realized and service life of the clutch is also prolonged.
