正交增力离心式离合器

摘要: 介绍了两种采用正交增力机构的离心式离合器——铰杆增力离心式离合器和斜楔增力离心式离合器,说明了其工作原理,给出输出力和输出转矩、接合角速度和接合转速、额定角速度和额定转速、弹簧最大工作载荷的计算公式,并比较其技术性能。正交增力离心式离合器结构紧凑,制造成本较普通离心式离合器增加甚微,但输出转矩的能力显著提高。

Abstract: Two kinds of centrifugal clutch with orthogonal force amplifier, toggle force amplifier and wedge force amplifier, are made known to the public. Their operation principle is introduced. The designing calculation formulas of output force and driving torque, joint angular velocity and joint speed, rated angular velocity and rated speed, and maximum load of spring, are given out. The manufacturing cost of a centrifugal clutch with orthogonal force amplifier is a little bit more than that of commonly used centrifugal clutch and its driving torque is much bigger than that of a conventional one.
