摘要: 介绍了基于刚-粘塑性有限元方法的正向和逆向模拟技术,并将该技术应用于链轨节锻件的复杂锻造工艺的预成形设计,实现了从理想形状的终锻件设计预成形件和预成形模具的目标。所设计的预成形件和预成形模具降低了终锻模具的磨损,提高了材料的利用率,保障了预成形件在后续模具中的定位稳定性,并应用于生产实际,取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract: The rigid visco – plastic finite element based forward and inverse simulation technique used for perform design is introduced. This technique is applied to the perform design of a complex track link forging process. The design object from required final forging to perform forging is realized directly. The designed busting shape and buster die shapes result in a less finisher die wear, reduction of the material waste as flash and improvement of the positioning stability of the busting in blocker die cavity. The designed result is applied to industrial production and good economic benefit is achieved.
