摘要: 提出了计算一维入口冲击压力的方法,对弹簧支承式推力轴承进行三维热弹流研究,讨论弹簧支承式推力轴承在不同工况参数下性能的变化。研究表明,入口冲击压力对弹簧支承式推力轴承的性能影响显著,并揭示了在不同转速和载荷下轴承的各项性能曲线的变化情况。

Abstract: A solution of one dimensional fore-region pressure build-up is put forward. The performance of spring-supported thrust bearing is carried out with 3-D TEHD theory inclusive of fore-region pressure. The proposed solution system uses an efficient hybrid numerical approach which FEM and FDM were used for governing equations. The effects of fore-region pressure build-up and the variation of some operating conditions on the performance of the pad are researched.
