知识结构、创造性思维与半固态成形技术创新

摘要: 科学技术工作者、管理工作者和各级领导者,必须具备合理、完善的知识结构,形成敏锐、流畅的思维,才能在各自的工作岗位上创造性地进行工作。给出了创造性人才的知识结构模型,明确了9个结构内涵的作用,归纳了知识结构的三个特点。进而阐明了具有同样知识结构的人们,创造性程度不一的5个影响要素和两个前提条件。结合塑性加工领域中半固态成形技术的创新,阐明了知识结构是创新的基础,思维能力科学化是技术创新的决定性因素,并以连续5次在液态模锻领域中获得国家自然科学基金资助为背景,阐明了不断创新的体会。

Abstract: People engaging in science and technology, administers and leaders have to have rational and perfect knowledge frame, form acute, fluent thought, through these they can creatively engage in their own job. The knowledge frame model about creative talent is presented. The function of nine frame connotations is ascertained, and the three traits of the knowledge frame are generalized. Furthermore, it elucidates the five effect factors and two premise of different creative extent aiming at the people of the same knowledge frame. That he innovation of semi-solid fabrication technique in the field of plastic working is particulary combined, that knowledge frame is the base of the innovation and the that ability of scientific thinking is the definitive factors of the technical innovation are elucidated. We are financially supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China continuous five times. In this backdrop. The experience of continuous innovation is indicated.
