摘要: 介绍了在ZGMn13钢和U71Mn钢表面进行等离子弧堆焊获得梯度过渡层后,利用闪光焊方法将两者对焊。ZGMn13钢热影响区碳化物的析出和热裂纹的形成受到抑制,U71Mn钢热影响区内无马氏体出现,焊接接头的各项力学性能优异。表明,利用等离子弧堆焊结合闪光对焊工艺方法是实现ZGMn13钢辙叉和U71Mn钢钢轨焊接的有效方法。

Abstract: The gradient coatings are prepared by use of plasma arc welding on the ZGMnl3 and U71Mn steels respectively, then, are welded together by use of flash welding. The separation of carbide and the formation of liquid crack are impeded in HAZ of ZGMnl3 steel. At the mean time, no martensite microstructure exists in HAZ of U71Mn steel. The technology of plasma arc welding combining flash welding is a effective technology for welding the ZGMnl3 steel crossing and U71Mn rail steel.
