摘要: 建立了4自由度汽车半主动悬架系统的数学模型,采用模糊控制策略,对半主动悬架系统进行了计算机仿真。在此基础上,设计开发了以8098单片机为主控器件的半主动悬架模糊控制系统,并对自行研制的半主动悬架系统进行了实车道路试验。仿真计算和实车试验结果较吻合,其结果均验证了半主动悬架系统在减少振动,提高汽车行驶平顺性方面要优于传统被动悬架系统。

Abstract: A four degree of freedom vehicle mathematic model with a semi-active suspension is established and applied fuzzy control strategy to simulate the suspension system. Based on the simulation results, a fuzzy-controlled semi-active suspension with the 8098 chip microcomputer playing the main role is designed and developed, the road test for vehicle semi-active suspension is done. The simulation results approximate the road test results. It shows that the performances of semi-active suspension excel that of traditional passive suspension in the ride comfort.
