摘要: 根据在数控滚齿机上加工鼓掌形和小锥修形齿轮时,刀具和工件之间相对运动及相互位置坐标的分析,提出了一种确定刀具在垂直平面内截面中心位置坐标的计算方法,且推导出了有关的计算公式,并在齿轮加工机床CNC系统中应用。

Abstract: According to analysis of motion and location each other, a kind calculating method of determining cutting tool center-coordinate in vertical plane is raised, when drum and taper gears are processed on numerical controlled hobbing machine. Furthermore relevant formulas are recommended. It is already used in "gear processing machine CNC system".
