摘要: 分析了机床颤振孕育过程的变化特征,提出了颤振的监测参数。基于人工神经网络,对监测参数提出了一种全局归纳与局部校正相结合的自适应多步向前预测计算算法,可在机床颤振孕育过程的早期对颤振进行准确、及时的预报,并在一台数控车床上进行了试验。

Abstract: The varying characteristic of machine tool chatter development is revealed, and a chatter monitoring parameter is presented. An adaptive computing ahead algorithm is developed, so as to predict the future values of the chatter monitoring parameter. The algorithm integrates a global generalization neural network with a locally tuning one. Using the proposed approach can exactly conduct the early forecasting of chatter.
