摘要: 研制了一种新型逆变空气等离子切割电源。该电源选用了非晶态磁性材料作为高频变压器的铁心;采用场效应管作为逆变器的开关元件;采用单片机控制电路,控制电源的外特性及切割程序等;该电源选用了一种新的逆变器主电路形式,大大提高了逆变电源可靠性。

Abstract: A new type of plasma cutting inverter is developped. The noncrystalline material is used as the iron core of transformer and MOS-FET is employed for the main circuit switch elements. A single-chip computer controller is applied to get appropriate volt-amp characteristics and cutting procedure. The reliability of the inverter is greatly improved owing to a new type of invert circuit.
