双曲扁壳覆盖件抗凹性的定量评估

摘要: 对双曲扁壳覆盖件的抗凹性问题从试验和理论两个方面进行了研究。为了定量描述抗凹刚度,利用扁壳理论建立了基本刚度参数计算公式;应用几何非线性有限元法建立了大位移阶段双曲扁壳覆盖件横向载荷和凹陷位移的定量关系,与试验结果符合良好。并在此基础上提出了大位移抗凹刚度定量评估检验准则和局部凹痕抗力定量评估指标。上述定量评估指标和检验准则可用于预测和综合评价这类覆盖件的抗凹性,为汽车车身覆盖件的优化设计、合理选材和优化工艺提供理论指导。

Abstract: The sinking resistance of double curvature auto - body panels is researched in experiment as well as theory. On the basis of shallow shell theory and by means of nonlinear finite element method, the calculation formulae on the basic stiffness parameter of the panels and the relationship between load and deflection in the large displacement range are established, and further, the corresponding quantitatively evaluating method and checking criteria are proposed, which are proved to be in agreement with the experiment. The above - mentioned evaluating parameters can provide a quantitative prediction and comprehensive description on the sinking resistance of double curvature panels in the optimization of design, selection of materials and forming processes for auto - body panels.
