双圆弧齿轮跑合的计算机仿真

摘要: 建立了双圆弧齿轮跑合仿真的数学模型。该模型可以描述不同工况的圆弧齿轮跑合过程,得到双圆弧齿轮的理想跑合规范。分析了理想啮合状态和有中心距误码差情况下双圆弧齿轮的跑合磨损规律,得到了跑合前后双圆弧齿轮接触区形状以及跑合磨损量变化曲线,计算结果与试验结果非常吻合。

Abstract: A mathematical model according to running - in performance simulation of double circular arc gears is established, which can describe the running - in procedure, and obtain the ideal running - in specification of double circular arc gears. The running - in regulation of double circular arc gears with ideal meshing and center distance errors case are analyzed. The contact patterns before and after running - in are presented, and the post running - in wear values are given. The calculating results are in accordance with that measured.
