摘要: 采用虚拟接触载荷法模拟分析管接头中螺纹齿面间的接触现象,在弹塑性小变形条件下,研究了载荷及应力集中系数沿螺纹齿的分布规律,并给出了啮合螺纹齿面的弹塑性应力分布。

关键词: 弹塑性变形, 接头, 螺纹管, 钻杆

Abstract: The virtual contact loading method is developed to simulate the elasto-plastic contact phenomenon between the screw flanks of a screwed - pipe joint. In the conditions of elasto-plastic small deformation, the load and stress concentration factor distributions along the threads and the stress distributions in the mating screw flanks are studied and the reasonal results are found out.
