摘要: 利用Kane方法对二辊周期式冷轧管机建立了新的动力学模型,该模型考虑了运动副的间隙,因此比现有的模型更为准确,而且简便。据此可准确地提示有间隙的运动副内发生的分离和冲击特性,这对解决高速、长行程轧机的设计问题有重要意义。

Abstract: A new dynamic model of cold Pilger mill by Kane method is established. It takes the clearance of kinematic pairs into consideration, and the method is more exact and simple than those available at present. With this method, the separation and shock characteristic of kinematic pairs with clearance can be more exactly revealed, which is significantly helpful for high-speed, lone-stroke rolling mill designing.
