斜向插削变齿厚内齿轮加工方法的研究

摘要: 提出了变齿厚内齿轮的一种近似加工方法—斜向插削法。在建立齿廓曲面方程的基础上,对这种加工方法引起的齿形误差和分度圆压力角变化进行了研究,探讨了刀具不同的相对斜插角对内齿轮齿厚的影响,以齿形误差最小和保证内齿轮为鼓形齿的原则优化了刀具相对斜插角,并且进行了试验研究。理论分析和试验结果都表明在齿轮倾斜角小于12°时,斜向插削工艺是变齿厚内齿轮的一种非常有效的加工方法。

Abstract: Presents an approximate method of manufacturing internal bevoloid gear using bevel slotting technology. On the basis of deriving its profile surface equations, analyses the change of transverse pressure angle and the tooth form error caused by this manufacturing method, probes into the influence of the relative bevel angle in which the workpiece is machined upon thinning of tooth thickness, optimizes the relative bevel angle with the aim of crowning tooth and minimizing tooth form error. Theoretical analysis and experiment result both show that the bevel slotting technology is an effective method of manufacturing internal bevoloid gear when its bevel angle is less than 12°.
