摘要: 采用图象处理的方法,定量分析了高强钢焊接热影响区粗晶区中马氏体-釉氏体组元(MA组元)的分布形态,并着重研究了MA组元的形态和粗晶区韧性的关系。结果表明:细长MA组元(纵横≥4)含有率SV f对热影响区韧性有很大影响。SV f的微量增加,韧性急剧下降,但SV f超过某一定值后,由于MA组元相互邻接,韧性劣化趋势得到缓和。

Abstract: The morphological effect of martensise-austenite (M-A) constituents in weld coarse grained heat affected zone (CGHAZ) on the toughness is studied quantitatively with a binary image processor for high strength steel. The results show that the volume fraction of the slender M-A constituents SVf affected the toughness. The toughness was degraded remarkably with the increase of SVf value, but this harm of slender particles was eliminated as SVf value excceed a particular value because of the vicinity effect.
