摘要: 通过对CNC系统的故障分析,把数据控系统划分为多个子系统,用故障树表示各子系统的故障结构,并且故障树模糊分析方法,对系统建立了模型,给出了求解算法,用Turbo-Prolog语言编制了软件,调试获得成功。通过研究认为,该分析方法对同样类型的系统或更大型的系统FMS、CIMS,在解决故障诊断问题时有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: According to the disorder analysis of CNC system, representing the disorder architecture of each subsystem using a disorder tree and constructing the models for whole system and its subsystems by a fuzzy analysis method are presented. The solving algorithms are given. We designed the software by Turbo Prolog language and debugged successfully. The analysis method will be possessed of some reference value to the similar type system or the bigger system such as FMS, CIMS, in solving disorder diagnosis problems.
