摘要: 对平行轴式少齿差传动装置——三环减速器中三片传动环板的载荷分配情况进行了分析,设计并试制了均载机构,测试了试验样机的载荷分配情况。理论分析和试验结果表明,采用均载机构能明显地改善三环减速器载荷分配不均的状态,使其传动寿命增加,传动平衡性增强。

Abstract: The reason and method on eguilibrating load are explained in a planetary reducer with planet internal gears. An equilibrating-load mechanism is designed, and an experimental investigation is made. The loads on three internal gears are measured. The analysis and experiment results show that the loads on three internal gears have a good equilibrium, the reducer have a good transmission performance after the equilibrating-load mechanism is used.
