摘要: 径向剃齿刀要求按某一规律实现齿面切削刃的变距排列,现有设计难以满足这种要求。设计了一种带数控分度、进刀和变距的设备,为径向剃齿工艺提供一种必要的手段。

Abstract: The blade of radial gear shaver is required to arrangement with variable pitch ordination, a prototype equipment can not meet the need of the variable pitch blade. Designing a new equipment with automatic indexing, cutting feed and hackling variable pitch, the paper provides a necessary condition for the process engineering of radial shaving gear.
