摘要: 论述了环形热管的原理、结构和换热计算公式。试验结果表明,这种热管不但能降低主轴轴承的温升,而且可大大提高主轴轴线的热稳定性,从而提高机床的加工精度。

Abstract: The principle, structure and heat exchange of a circular beat pipe system are presented. The testing results showed that the rise-temperature of spindle bearings can be reduced, the thermal stability of spindle axis and the machining accuracy of machine tool can also be improved.
