摘要: 应用FIDAP程序,直接对完全的Navier-Stokes方程组,能量方程(包括耗散项),和状态方程联立求解,得到了有限长径向滑动轴承的三维速度场,压力场和温度场。给出了以真实油膜形状作为基底的压力,温度三维等值线。从理论上完全证实了滑动轴承润滑理论中几个著名的物理现象。为全面讨论润滑油膜的物理特性和各种参数对轴承性能的影响奠定了基础。

Abstract: The entire Navier-Stokes, equations, energy equation (including consumption term) and state equation are directly simultaneously solved with FIDAP program and the 3-dimension velocity field, pressure field and temperature field in the lubrication-oil-film of finite-width journal bearings are obtained. The pressure and temperature contour plot are drawn on the true oil-film form between shaft and bearing shell. Several well-known physical phenomenon of lubrication theory on journal bearings are explained satin-factorily according to calculating results.
