摘要: 分析了分离型超声波振动切削动态切削力特征,提出了分离型超声波振动切削消减颤振的机理,并用实验验证了消减颤振的物理根源和切削动力学解析。

Abstract: The dynamic cutting force characteristic in the separating type ultrasonic vibration cutting (UVC) is analysed. A theory of chatter suppression with the separating type UVC is proposed, and its physical reason and cutting dynamics are verified by my test results.
