摘要: 离心机的异常振动会酿成设备事故。分析振动信号的频谱是寻找离心机故障原因的有效方法。对P6100型沉降式离心机组及其之间的相互干扰进行跟踪分析,发现转鼓振动在低频区域,机组间存在共振现象。对振动监控系统进行改造,为机组排除故障,保证长周期运行提供了对策。

Abstract: The vibration may make centrifuge fault. It is a valuable method for looking up reason of failure to analyze vibrating waveform. The frequency analysis were utilized in real time between P6100 type vertical centrifuges. A forced vibration of the bowl was discovered in lower frequency range. Some improvements were conducted for vibrating monitoring system. The operation safety was reliable because of eliminated damage.
