摘要: 以磨合机理研究为基础,以齿轮承载能力对齿面磨合技术的相依性为出发点,着重用一系列模拟试验的方法,研究齿轮磨合表面粗糙度规律及齿轮磨合过程控制规律,以便发挥磨合技术对于提高齿轮承载能力、传动效率以及对于延长工作寿命的重要作用。

关键词: 齿轮, 模拟试验, 摩擦磨损试验, 磨合

Abstract: Bases on the research on the running-in mechanism and starts from the dependence of the gear carrying capacity on the running-in technology of any gear flank, but it makes a special effort to investigate the gear running-in surface for the roughness law and the running-in process for the law controlled with a series of simulation tests, so that the running-in technology plays an important part in raising the gear carrying capacity, the transmission efficiency and in prolonging the operating life.
