摘要: 应用弹塑性理论分析了振动医疗丝降低已加工表面弹性回复的机理,从根本上解释了振动攻丝降低攻丝扭矩的原因,也为合理选用钛合金振动攻丝的工艺参数提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The vibration tapping process in which the spring back of machined surface can be removed has been analyzed with elastic theory and plastic theory. The reason why vibration tapping can reduce the tapping torque is explained basically, and the theory basis of reasonably choosing the cutting parameters of vibration tapping is provided.
