摘要: 介绍了一种减少有色铸造合金偏析的新的工艺措施——热速处理。通过该工艺,Pb-Sb合金,Al-Cu合金铸件的宏观偏析和微观偏析现象大大减轻;亚共晶Pb-8%Sb合金微观偏析系数K,由0.056变为0.635。从液体结构决定偏析状况的理论出发,探讨了新工艺减少偏析的机理。

Abstract: The new technique improving segregations in non-ferrous cast metals is called Thermal-Rate Treatment. By the technique, the microsegregation and microsegregation in Pb-Sb and Al-Cu alloys are greatly improved. The micresogregation coefficient K, of hypoeutectic Pb-8%Sb alloy changed from 0.056 into 0.635 after treatment by the technique. The mechanism of the new technique to improve the segregations has been studied according to the theory that the structures of liquid metals are related to the segregation.
