摘要: 本文在假设轴承钢的接触疲劳寿命服从三参数威布尔分布的基础上提出了滚动轴承的高可靠寿命的理论计算方法,对3种型号共164套圆锥滚子轴承的可靠性试验结果分析表明,其实际高可靠寿命与用本文提出的方法直接计算的结果基本相同。

Abstract: In this paper, the theoretical calculating method of high-reliability life of rolling bearings is derived, assuming that the fatigue life of bearing steel follows the three-parameter Weibull distribution. A comparison between experimental and calculated life of three kinds of tapered roller bearings shows that the experimental life agrees better with the life calculated by the new method.
