摘要: 本文介绍了汽轮机旋转部件的振动可靠性设计方法。该方法以机械概率设计法为基础,把汽轮机旋转部件的固有频率和激振力频率按照实际情况处理为随机变量,在设计阶段确定汽轮机旋转部件避开共振的可靠度。给出了汽轮机叶轮、叶片和转子振动可靠性设计方法以及某些部件振动可靠性设计的实例。

Abstract: This paper presents a vibration reliability design method of rotating turbine components. It is based on probabilistic mechanical design methods, considering natural frequencies and excitation force frequencies of these components to be random variables according to actual conditions. The reliability that natural frequencies are distanced from resonance should be calculated in the designing phase. The vibration reliability design method for discs and blades and rotors of steam turbines are given together with the vibration reliability design example of some components.
