摘要: 本文介绍适用于锻造过程的刚-粘塑性有限元模拟系统,该系统能够处理模具形状任意的二维锻造过程(轴对称问题和平面变形问题),系统功能包括:模具形状的描述及参数生成,初始网格的生成,始初速度场的自动生成,曲线接触边界摩擦条件的处理,节点与模具有接触和脱离问题的处理,网格再划分技术以及后置处理技术等等,并应用该系统分析了几种锻造过程,模拟结果与生产实际结果相当吻合。

Abstract: In this paper, a rigid-visco plastic finite element system for simulating forging processes is introduced. The system can deal with two-dimensional forging processes (including the axisymmetric and plane deformation problems) with arbitrarily shaped dies. The function of the system include: the description of die geometries and the generation of die parameters, the generation of initial meshes, the automatic generation of initial velocity field, the treatment of the friction condition on curved contact boundaries, the problems of contact and separation of nodes on/from the dies, the remising technique and close to those of production.
