摘要： 本文介绍了一种用于准柔性制造系统（P-FMS）的工艺过程自动设计系统。本系统分工位描述箱体零件加工表面，按照半创成法生成工艺过程，采用对标准子程序进行检索与编辑的方法生成零件的数控加工程序，同时能为P-FMS的实时控制与管理调度系统提供所需的工艺信息与数据。

Abstract: This paper describes a system for automatic generation of process plans and NC programmer within a Pseudo-FMS. The surfaces on prasmatic parts to be machined on different stations within the P-FMS are described respectively and process plans are generated using a semi-generative approach. The NC progremmes arepreduced by retrieving and editing the pre-stored standerdised subroutines and necessary data for real-time control and scheduling and provided.
