摘要: 用结构模型代替实物,可以节约研究经费和时间,且可以得到满意结果。采用此法研究盘上周向开槽的燕尾榫联接的应力分布和微动磨损疲劳。对盘上榫槽和叶片榫头作了计算和实验分析,得到了较满意的结果。所用方法也可以推广应用到其他动力机械中的榫联接的研究。

Abstract: Substitute actual component by structure model in research program can not only save money but also consumption of time and the results are satisfactory. Writer of this paper made a structure model to study the stress distribution and fretting fatigue of blade to disc circumferential dovetail joint. The slot in disc and tenon in blade have been analysed and tested. The research results were satisfactory as what have been hoped. The research method is useful for not only dovetail joint but other machine tenon joint as well.
