片状石墨铸铁的异质形核

摘要: 采用液淬微分热分析法研究了片墨铸铁中片状石墨的形核过程。结果表明,片状石墨的初始形态为团球状,孕育剂的作用主要是增加石墨的异质形核能力。对片墨雏晶的检测分析说明:可作为片墨结晶的异质核心主要有锰的硫化物、硅的氧化物和钙的碳化物三类,其中复合硫化物是最为有效的异质晶核。并由此提出了设计较为理想的灰口铸铁用孕育剂的合理原则,根据这些原则研制的孕育剂经使用效果是理想的。

Abstract: Liquid quenching method was used to investigate inoculation process in cast iron with flake graphite. The following results were obtained, the original form of flake graphite is globular or spheroidal, the major effect of inoculation is to reinforce the capacity of heterogeneous nucleation of graphite. By using WDX and EDAX to examine the original graphite the authors have found that there exist three types of compounds which serve as substrates for graphite nucleation, namely, MnS including its complex compounds, SiO2 and CaC2. Among them the complex sulphides are the most effective nuclei. Finally the authors have put forward the basic principles for designing reasonable composition of inoculants.
